Bibbidi Bobbidi Beautiful!
If you have a child between 3 and 12 this is a must to add to your Disneyland trip! It is lots of fun for both boys and girls. The Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique offers a variety of packages to fit any budget. The staff does a wonderful job of making your prince or princess so very special and making this a truly magical experience. My recommendation is to make an appointment (by calling the Disney style line (714) 781-7895 up to 60 days in advance for Disneyland OR (407) 939-7895 for WDW) early in the morning so that your prince or princess can enjoy their makeover all day! 🙂
My daughter went every year for the until she was too old. We have done a variety of the packages including both the crown package, the courtyard package, and the castle package. These packages have changed over the years as my daughter had a special Princess Sophia package just a few years ago. Below is a set of pictures from the crown package. We have preferred this package as it gives my daughter the princess look for the most affordable price!
Once you check in, you are brought back to the chair by your fairy godmother who will be performing the transformation into a princess.
The fairy godmother then offers the princess in training the different hairstyle options available and then begins to work on her hair. The style that my daughter chose that is seen in these pictures is the Fairytale Princess.
Once the hair is done, it is time for the makeup. I love this part, because all little girls love to put on makeup and Disney does a great job of just putting on a little to make the girls feel special, while not making it too much. The princess also gets to keep the makeup which is placed in a special pink princess bag for her!
When the make up is done, now it is on to the nails. The princess picks out a color of her choice that she also gets to keep along with a face jewel. My daughter chose a crown for her face jewel in these pictures. Now the transformation is nearly complete. The next part is my FAVORITE part.
The fairy godmother gets out her magic wand with all its glitter and she completes the magic. Once the wand has been waved, the curtains are drawn from the mirror and the princess gets to see herself for the first time. This is part is amazing! Seeing the look of surprise and joy on the little girl’s face is so priceless!
For your little prince, my son has enjoyed the knight package which includes a shield and a sword. Your little guy gets to chose what type of knight he wants to be along with a great hairstyle with fun gel! My son’s favorite part was the written decree declaring him a prince and the crazy hair with confetti!
